                          | Yoga Wise Exercise.™ Yoga
instructor Suzanne Aarronson all the way from London
England to bring to you: A yoga blurb... Because the practice of yoga utilizes our
breathing in a conscious manner, it is accessible to
all, the young, the fit and the aged. I often tellclients that if they are consciously
breathing, inhaling, and exhaling with awareness
they are doing a lot. Each part of the body requires
                            oxygenation to operate
                            optimally. Conscious breathing, giving loving
attention to all parts of the
body, accomplishes a lot. This can all be done
sitting in a chair, waiting in a grocery aisle, or
sitting in traffic. Try it. Inhale, filling and
expanding the lungs, exhale, contract, expelling the
                            air. We practice this
breathing pattern through the nose, lips gently
together. Filling on inhalation, emptying on
exhalation. Give it a try, and invite well-being into your
                            life. Cheers, Mate | |

starts with your attitude, awareness and commitment to
doing your part to enhance your state of being. Remember,
every thing you do and everything you don't do has a
consequence.  Today's actions will be tomorrows
consequences. How does your tomorrow look for you?
